Nichelle has worked with individuals with disabilities for several years. She graduated from Southern Utah University with a BS degree in Sociology and Elementary Education. Nichelle is a mother of a special needs son, has worked as a victim advocate, taught in the public school system for 12 years (working closely with the special education program), and loves working as a support coordinator on both the Community Supports waiver and the Acquired Brain Injury waiver.

Nichelle is goal-oriented and enjoys helping others to reach their goals and isn’t afraid to dare her clients to dream big! She has 5 beautiful kids, two dogs and can’t get enough of traveling and going to concerts with her husband. She loves reading, running, baking, and days at the lake on her paddleboard or kayak.
