Lisa has worked with people with disabilities for the last 40 years. She has worked almost all positions in the field at one time or another from direct care provider to Director, Quality Assurance and Support Coordinator. She has worked with most, if not all, diagnoses. She is also a parent of an adult daughter with multiple disabilities and understands the complexities of being a parent to a child with disabilities. There is no other field of work or population she would rather work for or with. Lisa enjoys working with families and watching people with disabilities gain as much quality of life as possible.
