Courtney earned her Master’s in Deaf Education with Special Education endorsements from Utah State University. With seven years of experience teaching special education, she joined Envision Quality Supports, where her dedication to meeting individuals where they are and fostering their growth has been a cornerstone of her approach.

In addition to her professional work, Courtney is passionate about coaching several soccer teams in the evenings. She cherishes time with her family and finds joy in hiking, gardening, and raising chickens.
