Karlee’s passion for working with people with disabilities began in high school while working in a hospital, where she developed a friendship with a coworker who had a disability. That experience inspired her to pursue a degree in Social Work from Utah State University.

Since then, Karlee has spent over 10 years supporting children and adults with diverse abilities. Her work has focused on advocacy, building strong relationships, and providing meaningful support to individuals and families. Karlee values being dependable, thoughtful, and relationship-focused in her approach. She is committed to making a positive impact and being a consistent advocate for the people she supports.

Outside of work, Karlee is a wannabe cowgirl who enjoys anything country, especially dancing. She also loves a good mystery and a crisp Diet Coke with pebble ice.
